It is a training programme, not just a course. Nobody can make you an ROI expert in a couple of days. The programme kick-off is three 4-hour days online and then Elling Hamso coaches you for as long as it takes for you to develop the business case and plan the evaluation and report for a case event of your choice.
The online format is nothing like your typical webinar-type course. We shall use breakout rooms and shared online documents to work in small groups, where most of the learning takes place.
